NEW YORK NEEDS BETTER LAWS

Two years ago my family and I decided to look to purchase our first home . With our credit in dissarry we coundn't get a loan. We then came across a mobile home park that offered rent to own . They had this double wide available so my wife and I decided to look at it .
After looking at the home we knew it needed some work but we didnt think it was that bad. We put down the $2000 down payment and signed the contract.

When we looked at the the house it was summer time and all the windows where open. About two months after moving in with the windows shut we started to get on animal odor in the house. We pulled the panelling away from the wall and found urine stays halfway up the wall . To make things worse we had to completey gut my sons bedroom becouse of the odors. Both the bathrooms floors fell in and under the tubs and wall around are completely covered in mold. no floor under the washer and dryer.

With all this hidden stuff wrong with the house. We start to look at laws or something we can do to get out of our contract But have been unable to because we rent to own
and we are responable for all our repairs because we are purchasing and if we default we can be taking to court for the rest of whats owed Wat to do for my familys health and well being

Alright back in july I got this 1997 Pontiac Grand AM givin to me It needed some work so I put in a new fuel pressure regolator solved the problem then it became a motor mount to a head gasket and much more. So i got extremely mad at the and decided to take some stress out with entering into a demolition derby . First i stripped all the glass and moldings off and out of the car , then it was moving the battery to the passenger side floor after the interior was removed. Airbags where disconnected, chains installed to keep hood trunk and doors closed. Some paint was added exhaust taken off . After a month of prep it was off to the Catturaugus County fair.


After arriving at the fair grounds the first sunday of august. The car would not start to get off the tow dolly . So i detect the problem the ECM got wet so i dried it out and the car fired up. everything was going smooth untill the mansoon came the whole track was under water . A boat from the previous nights trailer races was even seen floating around the track . The mansoon finally stopped , track dried up for the most part except the 4 inches of mud.It is time for me to enter the track for my heat. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 go the crash fest was off with in the first two hits both front tires fly off the rims. I am now driving through four inches of mud with no front tires on a front drive car surprisingly i lasted 13 minutes i was the third car left running. what a blast cant wait till next year
